Every day from Monday to Friday, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., we offer the opportunity to discuss, consult, and, most importantly, to solve your problems in the general subject area of B2C loyalty programmes, B2B incentive programmes, promotion of sales to final purchasers, sales intermediaries, as well as issues related to tools, IT systems, communication, law and taxes.)
Who are the consultations for?
First of all, for the managerial staff and managers of companies employing a minimum of 50 people, who:
- are looking for an idea to activate sales to final purchasers or sales intermediaries (distributors, sales representatives, retailers, sales staff)
- are considering whether it is worthwhile to implement a loyalty programme or a sales promotion
- are struggling with the inefficiency of their loyalty program
- want to prepare ready-made actions to increase sales
- have a tax or legal problem in the area under discussion
Who can you talk to and consult on your concerns?
Senior i360 managers specializing in particular market segments and distribution channels are at your disposal. The consultations are conducted under the close supervision of Dr Tomasz Makaruk – the President of i360’s Management Board
What do typical consultations look like?
Our goal is to support you in solving your problems. We adapt to your style and needs. Based on the consultations conducted so far, we have noticed that they take one of the following forms:
- individual expert conversation in a 1:1 model;
- a teleconference with two people from one department on the part of the consulting organisation;
- a brainstorming session, in which up to 5 people from different departments (usually sales and marketing) participate on the part of the consulting organisation.
How much does the consultation cost?
The time spent talking to you is completely free of charge. After the consultation, you will receive a written summary with recommendations.
How much time do we dedicate to consultations?
We are available daily from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., but usually the talks take up to 1.5 hours.
Why do we do this?
We share our knowledge and experience from the implementation of actions in particular market segments in Poland and abroad.

On what subjects do we provide consultations?
The subject of the conversation depends on you. Most often, talks are held on the following subjects: promotion strategies, selection of tactical promotion tools, measurement of effectiveness and efficiency of conducted activities, process, tax, creative and tool optimization of conducted activities, audits and IT optimization, information security, GDPR in marketing and sales activities, preparation and support during audits and inspections.

What about confidentiality?
At the beginning of the conversation, we set a condition that you do not disclose any confidential information that may violate your business secrecy. Conversations are not recorded, and we officially delete reports after they are drafted (also deleting the e-mail and cleaning the bin).
