Celebrating 10 years of continuous cooperation with Łukasz Sankowski

If you have been working with someone for over a decade, meeting them during calls, meetings, tenders, responding to crises hand in hand, celebrating successes together, opening new offices, pursuing new projects, you might say you know each other pretty well. When during this time you also share your emotions associated with your wedding, the birth of your children, your parents’ funeral, successes outside of work, sickness, surgery and everything we call daily life – you know each other very well.

This is exactly the case with my relationship with Łukasz Sankowski – our first programmer that we onboarded to i360 some 16 years ago. He is currently our developer team lead and the key architect behind the IT success of i360. We have known each other for some 20 years. We have been working together 19 years. Ten years on a permanent basis. This was the reason for our celebration back in August 2025 during the ceremonial lunch at Milanovo in the Wilanów district in Warsaw.

Our organization has this informal tradition that we celebrate the 10th anniversary of employment or continuous collaboration with the gift of a commemorative watch. This time this was also the case, with a TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph gracing this ceremony. The event was described in detail on our LinkedIn fanpage.
